Having a professional role helps people with disabilities to keep their dignity in the eyes of their family and their community. Handicap International facilitates the professional inclusion of disabled people, who are often excluded and have no financial resources, into the local socio-economic fabric of their communities and helps them improve their family's economic situation.
The organization supports collective income-generating projects ranging from agricultural activities, crafts, light industry, etc. and facilitates access to credit schemes for vulnerable populations.
